My athletic journey began in the rigorous world of gymnastics, where I honed my body and mind to achieve exceptional feats of strength, balance, and agility. From there, my passion for fitness led me to explore CrossFit, where I embrace the challenges of high-intensity training and functional movements. I’ve competed in Olympic weightlifting, focusing on explosive power and precision, but also tried a figure competition, where I embraced the importance of symmetry, aesthetics, and presentation.

Through these diverse athletic experiences, I discovered that fitness is not merely about achieving a certain physique or hitting a specific weight on the scale. It's a lifestyle that unlocks a wealth of benefits beyond the physical realm. Fitness has instilled in me a profound sense of confidence, happiness, and a relentless drive to reach my full potential. It has taught me the importance of discipline, perseverance, and the power of believing in oneself.

I'm a Former Colligate Baseball Athlete that has been involved in fitness and athletic performance since a very young age. I'm passionate and fascinated on how the body moves. I will work with you to make your muscles move efficiently and optimally.

From Beginner to Experienced Health/Fitness Clients, I work with all ages and experience with Funcional and Strength Training! I Specialize in Athlete Performance including High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Plyometrics (Explosive Movements), Rehabilitation (Injury Prevention), and Mobility (Stability, Flexibility)

On Jan. 7, 2023, my husband, Kenny and I walked into Fitness Society Supplements for the first time. Unwillingly, I stepped on their body composition machine and I knew I would clearly be embarrassed and I was. I wanted to cry. Time, auto immune diseases, lack of activity and stress had taken a toll on both Kenny and I and the results were notable. The year before we lost two loved ones (a son and a mother) dear to us. We were coming out of an extremely difficult and painful season of life.Kenny and I spoke on the way home and made the decision to inquire about training with Fitness Society. I contacted Brody and made an appointment to met up to discuss training options. When we first met Brody and Connor, there was an instant connection. They are both very caring young men. They truly want to see their clients obtain a healthy way of life. They were both very honest about what it would take to improve our health. We ended up choosing a plan fitting our budget and our schedules.  At one point I was hesitant with the cost but when we looked at our budget of monthly eating out along with factoring in the current cost of doctor’s appointments it was a no-brainer. There is a famous quote (author unknown to me) which states – “People don’t change until the pain of remaining the same is greater than the pain of change.” Our pain had hit this level.Brody developed individual eating and workout plans for both Kenny and I. I will not lie in saying the first couple weeks of training were miserable. I believe Kenny would agree. I never felt so out of shape and my body raged with pain.  From the first day of training, Brody has been very cognizant of tailoring our workout as to what we could accomplish yet moving forward he has continually safely pushed us to our limits.I can walk better now. I can breathe better. I don’t feel some of the physical pain due to the auto-immune issues anymore. I am taking supplements to help the pain and they are working. I can put on clothes I haven’t worn in quite sometime and the clothes are baggy.A motto outside their training studio states, “Never to late to start.”  Brody and Connor live by this motto in regards to their clients. Taking into consideration the state of my age, my health and my weight, what impresses me most is they (the whole team at Fitness Society) have never made me feel embarrassed, ashamed or unworthy of fitness training. That in itself has helped to keep me motivated.Brody reminds us weekly that training is not a sprint yet it is a marathon. It truly is. There are weeks that are not as good as the previous week yet with consistent training the changes will come. Kenny and I still have a long way to go but we are going to get there with Brody’s training experience, love and encouragement. If you have never had a trainer before or you have but are looking for a new trainer we highly recommend Brody at Fitness Society! He is crushing it as our trainer.

I wanted to change up my cardio and decided boxing would be the best fit, so I cancelled my Orange Theory and met with Brody. I’m writing this review after 3 months of training and couldn’t be happier with the results. The personal gym experience is exactly what I wanted so I could focus on form and technique. Summer is so darn amazing!!!! From the moment I met her, she has made me feel such at ease! I was so nervous and I had not done any strength training before. I was super intimidated at the gym with not knowing what machines to work with, having low confidence to try anything new with fear of looking silly and really needed some guidance on what kind of exercises to be doing and to help me with a balanced meal plan. Every week Summer continues to amaze me by kicking my butt every week with new full body workouts especially core exercises and switches it up every 4 weeks. She has helped me build my confidence by working with me weekly, texting me weekly updates and checking in, giving me personalized exercise sheets to follow, a specific meal plan catered just to me and just being an awesome friend as well in the process. Summer makes working out incredibly fun and I am so thankful I met her.  She answers any questions I have within seconds and is fully knowledgeable and dedicated on working 1000000% for her clients. Summer is not only a talented personal trainer but she also amazes people by running marathons. The sky is always the limit with this girl and I hope someday I can run in a marathon with her. The Fitness Society rocks! Not only do you get amazing trainers to work with such as Summer and Brody but next door you can buy t shirts, supplements, shakers, and everything under the sun for health and fitness. I have been interested in hiring a personal trainer for quite a while. I decided to stop in at FS since I had passed by it many times. Immediately I was welcomed by the team in the supplement shop. Brody showed me the gym and asked questions about my goals, etc. I decided to sign up with him and I couldn’t be happier.
