Samantha Carnival

Hey fit friends!! My name is Samantha Carnival. My story is like others, where I moved away from my hometown after being on a dance team in high school, and sort of lost myself... I struggled with depression and basically just ate my feelings. I didn't have an outlet, nor did I even know what to do with myself at that point. I ended up joining a gym with my cousin, and honestly my only hope was that I'd maybe lose some weight. Instead, I fell in love with strength training and lifting weights. I learned very quickly what worked for me was having a solid routine, a good program to follow, and having tough love for myself when it came to my diet and what was sustainable for me.Fast forward a couple years, I moved back to Florida, and graduated in 2020 from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. During this time, I started training in more of a functional/bodybuilding style, and my passion for what I do just continued to grow. I began studying to become a certified personal trainer, and my coaching career started in 2019. I haven’t looked back since. I am dedicated to helping my clients reach their fitness goals and lead a healthier lifestyle. To this day, I tell my clients the same thing I told them five years ago, and that is that life is about balance- You can live your life, eat the things you want, and do all the fun things while still striving to achieve your goals. That's how I live my life, and that's how I help others live theirs. Finding that delicate balance has helped me feel confident in my skin, happy about life, and excited for the challenges that are thrown in my direction. With my degree and training certification, I have the knowledge and expertise to create personalized plans that fit each client’s individual needs. But I am not content to stop there. I am always learning and growing, and I recently acquired a certification in nutrition coaching to provide my clients with a comprehensive approach to fitness and health. Whether you’re just starting out on your fitness journey or want to take your current routine to the next level, I’m here to provide you with the guidance and support you need to achieve real results. Follow me on instagram and feel free to DM me if you have questions or just want to chat!

Allen Chumley

My name is Allen Chumley. I am 26 years old, and I am originally from Atlanta Georgia. I moved to Melbourne Florida in June of 2023 to begin a career as a nurse and be closer to the beach. I am currently working as a nurse in a cardiovascular intensive care unit. My biggest passion is helping and inspiring others to become the best version of themselves both mentally and physically. I am blessed to be able help those in need with my career. Being able to see my
patients overcome severe obstacles and being a part of their rehabilitation process has truly
allowed me to see what my true purpose is. Outside of the hospital, I am constantly staying involved in the gym and always trying to meet new people within the fitness industry. I obtained my personal training license through the National Academy of Sports Medicine
(NASM) back in 2019. Since then, I have helped numerous individuals in their fitness journey through writing personalized workout and meal plans, as well as in person training. My love for fitness began shortly after I finished playing baseball. I played baseball for 12 years, with 1 year at a junior college level. I realized after my first year at a higher level that I no longer enjoyed
the game as much as I once did, which led me to finding my love for fitness and health. This past September I competed in my first physique show. It was truly one of the most difficult challenges I had ever experienced, however it only fueled my love fitness and working out.Overall, I am always interested in meeting new people and experiencing new challenges life has to offer.

Toby Tomassi

My journey began a couple of knee injuries ago while playing NCAA division 2 soccer (3 ACL’s and 1 Meniscus Tear)  In a total of 4 years I had to have four knee surgeries. This is where my interest in injury prevention stared. Understanding the value of strength training and  proper muscle mechanics in fatigue states to help long term joint and ligaments longevity. Those interests eventually lead to bodybuilding and hypertrophy training with the same idea of creating pain free movement and overall wellbeing.I am currently competing in NPC with aspirations of being a top pro in world and becoming a Pro coach. My goal is to show people how valuable it is to achieve strength, the body of your dreams, and long-term longevity pain free through resistance training. The secret ingredient that everyone is looking for is muscle hypertrophy.  I specialize in rehabilitation, bodybuilding prep, photo shoot prep, nutritionist and overall lifestyle wellness. Nutrition is a huge part of this and making sure everyone’s gut health is optimal is also a pivotal aspect in being able to sustain this type of output. If your interested in learning more, please reach out on,
